Welcome to Ranch Table Club ("RTC," "we," "us," or "our"). Ranch Table Club is an educational nutrition platform and specialty meat subscription service operated as a division of Sir Loin Meat Company, based in Greenville, Texas. By accessing our website, creating an account, or subscribing to our services, you ("Member," "Subscriber," or "you") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you must not use our website or services.

 

1. Important Medical Disclaimer

RANCH TABLE CLUB DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS, OR MEDICAL TREATMENT. NOTHING ON THIS WEBSITE, IN OUR SUBSCRIPTION MATERIALS, OR COMMUNICATED BY ANY MEMBER OF THE RTC TEAM CONSTITUTES MEDICAL ADVICE OR ESTABLISHES A PHYSICIAN-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP.

 

Ranch Table Club is an educational and informational platform. Our mission is to provide evidence-informed nutritional education, curated meat products from local ranchers, and general wellness information — not to replace the professional medical care of a licensed physician or specialist.

A. Nature of Our Service

All content, materials, subscription box selections, educational resources, and communications provided by Ranch Table Club — including those from our partnering pathologists, registered dietitians, culinary professionals, and ranchers — are strictly informational and educational in nature. B. No Medical Advice

Specifically, Ranch Table Club does not and will not:

It does not constitute a medical consultation, clinical evaluation, or professional medical advice. No physician-patient or dietitian-client relationship is formed through participation in Ranch Table Club.

 

Our partnering medical professionals and nutrition experts contribute to Ranch Table Club in an educational capacity only. Their participation does not create any professional-client relationship between them and Ranch Table Club members.

D. Member Responsibility — Follow Your Physician

YOU MUST ALWAYS FOLLOW THE MEDICAL ADVICE, TREATMENT PLANS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS OF YOUR PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN AND ANY LICENSED SPECIALISTS OVERSEEING YOUR CARE. NEVER DISREGARD, DELAY SEEKING, OR DISCONTINUE PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE BECAUSE OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS YOU ENCOUNTERED THROUGH RANCH TABLE CLUB.

 

Members are solely responsible for all decisions they make regarding their health, diet, and medical care. Ranch Table Club strongly encourages all members to:

• Share Ranch Table Club educational materials with their healthcare provider for guidance

• Disclose all dietary supplements, food subscriptions, and nutrition programs to their doctor

• Follow the prescribed treatment plans and recommendations of all licensed specialists

• Seek immediate medical attention for any acute health concerns or emergencies

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately. Do not contact Ranch Table Club for medical emergencies.

 

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Ranch Table Club website, subscribing to any of our services, or purchasing products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or policies posted on our website. These terms apply to all visitors, users, subscribers, and members.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent website notice. Continued use of our services following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

 

3. Eligibility

By using Ranch Table Club's services, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement

• You are not prohibited by any applicable law from using our services

Ranch Table Club reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel subscriptions at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms and Conditions.

 

4. Subscription Services

A. Subscription Plans

Ranch Table Club offers monthly subscription boxes curated for general wellness and specific nutritional goals. Subscription tiers, product contents, and pricing are described on our website and are subject to change. We will notify active subscribers of any material changes to their subscription at least 14 days in advance.

B. Billing and Payment

By subscribing to Ranch Table Club, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee to your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All payments are processed securely through our PCI DSS-compliant payment processor. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current and accurate.

C. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us directly. Cancellations must be submitted at least 5 business days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. We do not offer refunds for subscription boxes that have already been processed or shipped.

D. Shipping and Delivery

Ranch Table Club ships subscription boxes within the contiguous United States. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions, weather, or other factors beyond our control. It is your responsibility to ensure a suitable delivery location for perishable products. Ranch Table Club is not responsible for spoilage resulting from failed delivery attempts due to incorrect addresses or absent recipients.

 

5. Products and Educational Content

A. Product Sourcing

Ranch Table Club sources grass-fed beef and specialty meats from local ranchers within our sourcing network and processes products through USDA-inspected facilities. While we take great care in our sourcing and quality standards, Ranch Table Club makes no specific therapeutic or curative claims about our products. Product descriptions are for informational and general wellness purposes only.

B. Nutritional Information

Nutritional information, health-related educational content, and general dietary guidance provided through Ranch Table Club are for educational purposes only. Individual nutritional needs vary significantly based on age, health status, medications, medical history, and other factors. Always consult with your physician or registered dietitian before making significant changes to your diet based on any information provided by Ranch Table Club.

C. Educational Platform Content

Content produced by Ranch Table Club, including articles, videos, webinars, and subscription materials featuring medical professionals, registered dietitians, ranchers, and culinary experts, is provided solely for general educational and informational purposes. Such content represents the educational perspectives of individual contributors and does not constitute professional medical, dietary, or clinical advice.

 

6. User Conduct and Account Responsibilities

As a Ranch Table Club member, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account login credentials

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• Use our website and services for lawful purposes only

• Refrain from misrepresenting your identity or affiliation

• Not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit RTC content without written permission

• Not interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of our website or services

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. Ranch Table Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Ranch Table Club website and in our subscription materials — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and educational resources — is the property of Ranch Table Club or its content contributors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use RTC content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent from Ranch Table Club.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RANCH TABLE CLUB, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, RANCHERS, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATED MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, PRODUCTS, OR EDUCATIONAL CONTENT.

 

This includes, without limitation, any damages arising from:

• Reliance on any educational or informational content provided by Ranch Table Club

• Dietary changes made based on Ranch Table Club materials without physician oversight

• Allergic reactions, food sensitivities, or adverse effects from consumed products

• Delayed or failed delivery of subscription boxes

• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security

In no event shall Ranch Table Club's total liability to you exceed the total amount paid by you for Ranch Table Club services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

 

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ranch Table Club, Sir Loin Meat Company, their officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

Ranch Table Club's website and materials may contain links to third-party websites, research studies, or external resources for educational reference. These links are provided as a convenience and do not constitute an endorsement of the linked content. 11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Ranch Table Club's website, services, and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

 

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hunt County, Texas, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first contact Ranch Table Club in writing to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving written notice.

 

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms.

 

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any subscription agreements you enter into with Ranch Table Club, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ranch Table Club with respect to your use of our services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral.
