Shipping & Refund Policy

At Ranch Table Club ("RTC"), we take pride in delivering premium, locally sourced, grass-fed beef and specialty meat products directly to your door. Because our products are perishable and temperature-sensitive, we have established the following Shipping and Refund Policy to ensure the highest standards of food safety, product quality, and member satisfaction.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order or subscribing. By completing a purchase or subscription with Ranch Table Club, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

PART 1 — SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Coverage

Ranch Table Club currently ships to all addresses within the contiguous 48 United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. We hope to expand our shipping coverage in the future — check our website for updates.

 

2. Packaging and Cold Chain Standards

All Ranch Table Club subscription boxes and individual orders are carefully packed to maintain safe temperatures during transit. Our standard packaging includes:

  • Insulated box liners designed to maintain safe temperatures for up to 48 hours in transit

  • Dry ice and/or gel ice packs appropriate for the season and transit time

  • Vacuum-sealed, airtight product packaging to preserve freshness and prevent cross-contamination

  • USDA-inspected and properly labeled meat products processed through our approved facilities (ETX Beef and Detroit Processing)

 

IMPORTANT: Because our products are perishable, you must be available to receive your delivery or have a safe, shaded location designated for drop-off. Ranch Table Club is not responsible for product spoilage resulting from packages left unattended in unsafe conditions for extended periods after delivery.

 

3. Processing Time

Orders and subscription boxes are processed according to the following schedule:

  • Subscription boxes are processed and packed on a set weekly or biweekly schedule based on your plan

  • Individual (a la carte) orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days of order placement

  • Orders placed after our weekly processing cutoff will be fulfilled in the following processing cycle

  • Processing does not occur on Saturdays (in observance of the Sabbath), Sundays, or federal holidays

 

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been processed and again when it has shipped, including a tracking number.

 

4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes

Ranch Table Club ships exclusively via temperature-controlled expedited carriers to ensure product integrity. We do not offer standard ground shipping for perishable products.

 

Estimated Delivery Timeframes (from ship date):

 

  • 2-Day Expedited Shipping — Available to most contiguous U.S. destinations

  • Overnight Shipping — Available for select destinations at additional cost

  • Local Delivery (Greenville, TX and surrounding Hunt County area) — Available on select days; contact us for scheduling

 

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, or peak shipping seasons. Ranch Table Club will communicate known delays promptly but cannot be held liable for carrier-caused delays.

 

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, chosen shipping method, and order size. Shipping rates are subject to change. Current rates are always displayed transparently at checkout before payment is collected.

  • Subscription members may qualify for discounted or complimentary shipping depending on their subscription tier — see your plan details for specifics

  • A la carte orders are charged standard expedited shipping rates

  • Local delivery fees (where applicable) will be disclosed prior to order confirmation

 

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. It is your responsibility to monitor your delivery tracking and ensure someone is available to receive perishable items. 7. Delivery Issues and Failed Deliveries

A. Incorrect Address

It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of order. Ranch Table Club cannot be held responsible for undelivered, lost, or spoiled packages resulting from an incorrect address provided by the member. Address corrections after an order has been processed may result in additional fees and are not guaranteed.

B. Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to receive the package, the carrier may leave the package at the door, hold it at a nearby facility, or attempt redelivery based on the carrier's policy. Ranch Table Club is not responsible for spoilage of perishable items resulting from missed deliveries or packages left at the door for extended periods.

C. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors and all entry points of your property

  • Contact your local carrier facility with your tracking number

  • Contact Ranch Table Club within 24 hours of the reported delivery time

Ranch Table Club will work with you and the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or credit at our discretion. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier that are subsequently stolen.

D. Carrier Delays

Carrier delays beyond Ranch Table Club's control (weather events, carrier service disruptions, peak season surges) do not automatically qualify orders for refunds. However, if your product arrives spoiled due to a carrier delay, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will evaluate your case individually.

 

 

PART 2 — REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

8. Our Commitment to Quality

Ranch Table Club stands behind the quality of every product we ship. We source from trusted local ranchers and process through USDA-inspected facilities. If a product arrives damaged, spoiled, or does not meet our quality standards, we want to make it right.

 

9. Eligibility for Refunds and Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of our products, refund and replacement eligibility is subject to the following conditions:

A. Qualifying Reasons for Refund or Replacement

  • Product arrives visibly spoiled, malodorous, or with broken/compromised vacuum seals

  • Product arrives frozen solid when it should have been refrigerated, or vice versa

  • Incorrect product was shipped (wrong cut, wrong quantity, or wrong subscription box contents)

  • Package arrives significantly damaged due to carrier mishandling

  • Dry ice or cooling packs have completely dissipated and internal temperature has exceeded safe food storage levels

B. Non-Qualifying Situations

  • Customer remorse or change of preference after the order has shipped

  • Spoilage caused by the customer's failure to refrigerate or freeze products promptly upon receipt

  • Spoilage caused by leaving packages unattended in unsafe conditions after delivery

  • Products purchased as a gift that the recipient does not enjoy or prefer

  • Flavor or texture preferences that differ from personal expectation (natural variation in grass-fed beef is expected)

  • Subscription boxes already processed and shipped at the time of a cancellation request

  • Requests submitted more than 48 hours after delivery

 

10. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

ALL REFUND AND REPLACEMENT REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY. REQUESTS SUBMITTED AFTER THIS WINDOW WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR CONSIDERATION DUE TO THE PERISHABLE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS.

 

To submit a refund or replacement request, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Take clear photographs of the package exterior, packaging interior, and the affected product(s) immediately upon discovery

  • Step 2: Email us at support@ranchtableclub.com with the subject line: "Quality Issue — Order #[Your Order Number]"

  • Step 3: Include your full name, order number, delivery date, a description of the issue, and attach your photographs

  • Step 4: Retain the product and packaging until we have responded — we may request additional information

 

Ranch Table Club will respond to all quality claims within 2 business days. We reserve the right to request additional documentation to evaluate your claim.

 

11. Refund and Replacement Options

Upon approval of a qualifying claim, Ranch Table Club will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion or per your preference:

  • Full or partial replacement of the affected product(s) in your next shipment

  • Account credit applied toward a future order or subscription box

  • Full or partial refund to your original payment method (processed within 5-10 business days)

 

Ranch Table Club will work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution based on the nature of the issue. We do not require you to return spoiled or damaged perishable products.

 

12. Subscription Cancellations and Refunds

A. Cancellation Timing

You may cancel your Ranch Table Club subscription at any time through your online account or by contacting us directly. To avoid being charged for the following subscription cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 5 business days before your next scheduled billing date.

B. Already-Processed Subscriptions

If your subscription has already been processed and is in preparation or has shipped at the time of your cancellation request, that box cannot be cancelled or refunded. Your cancellation will take effect for the following subscription period.

C. Pre-Paid Subscriptions

Members who pre-pay for multiple months of subscription service and cancel mid-term may be eligible for a prorated credit for unused subscription periods, minus any applicable shipping costs already incurred. Pre-paid subscription refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.

D. No Refunds for Completed Deliveries

Ranch Table Club does not issue refunds for subscription boxes that have been delivered and accepted, unless a qualifying quality issue is reported within the 48-hour window described in Section 10.

 

13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage members to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or credit card company. In most cases, we are able to resolve issues faster and more effectively through direct communication. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Ranch Table Club may result in the suspension or permanent termination of your membership and may affect your ability to place future orders.

 

14. Gifted Subscriptions and Gift Orders

Gift subscriptions and one-time gift orders are non-refundable once the order has been placed and confirmed. If a gift recipient experiences a qualifying quality issue with a delivered product, the gift purchaser or recipient may submit a claim following the process outlined in Section 10. Gift subscriptions cannot be cancelled once activated.

 

15. Natural Variation Disclaimer

Ranch Table Club sources grass-fed, pasture-raised beef and specialty meats from local ranchers. As with all natural, minimally processed meats, some variation in color, marbling, texture, and cut size is normal and expected. Slight color variation in vacuum-sealed grass-fed beef (including purplish or brown hues) is a natural result of oxygen reduction during packaging and does not indicate spoilage.

These natural characteristics are not grounds for a refund or replacement unless accompanied by other indicators of spoilage (off-odor upon opening, slimy texture, or broken seals). We are happy to answer questions about the natural characteristics of grass-fed beef — contact us any time.
