Ralph Black is the founder of Sir Loin Meat Company and Ranch Table Club, driven by a conviction that what we eat is foundational to how we live. A Government and Regulatory Affairs consultant by professional background, he brings strategic depth to navigating the complex landscape of food production and agricultural policy. His work is anchored by faith — as a Christian minister and educator, he approaches nutrition and ranching as acts of stewardship, not simply commerce.

Judith Ototo
Judith Ototo is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a strong culinary foundation and diverse healthcare experience. With a unique blend of clinical expertise and hands-on culinary training, she bridges the gap between nutrition science and practical, enjoyable eating.

Oraine Snaith
Dr. Oraine Snaith is a private practice pathologist in the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex, who completed formal training in anatomic and clinical pathology. He has authorship contributions on areas such as acute myeloid leukemia and cellular biogeography in human bone marrow.
