Our Mission
Ranch Table Club exists to make pasture-raised, nutrient-dense protein simple, accessible, and personal, guided by real clinical insight, not guesswork. We believe food is one of the most powerful tools you have for living well. That's why every box we send is shaped by people who understand both the science of nutrition and the realities of raising cattle the right way, slower, cleaner, and closer to the land.
Alongside our own pasture-raised cattle, we source sustainably raised chicken, lamb, game meats, and fish, so your table reflects real variety, not just one protein. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all. We believe in informed choices, honest food, and a team that walks alongside you as you build a foundation that lasts. That's the table we're building. We'd love for you to pull up a chair.
Our Team
"The Ranch Table Club clinical team provides nutritional education and professional curation of our food products. Their involvement does not constitute a medical practice, clinical dietitian service, or physician-patient relationship. RTC is a food company. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease."

Ralph Black
Ralph Black is the founder of Sir Loin Meat Company and Ranch Table Club, driven by a conviction that what we eat is foundational to how we live. A Government and Regulatory Affairs consultant by professional background, he brings strategic depth to navigating the complex landscape of food production and agricultural policy. His work is anchored by faith — as a Christian minister and educator, he approaches nutrition and ranching as acts of stewardship, not simply commerce.
