Ranch Table Club grew from Sir Loin Meat Company, a pasture-to-plate butcher shop Ralph Black built in Greenville, TX on a simple belief: small ranchers deserve better markets, and families deserve meat they can trust.

 

But the customers asking the most meaningful questions weren't just home cooks. They were health-conscious families, active adults, and individuals working closely with their healthcare providers on their nutrition, seeking protein they could trust, curated by professionals who understood the importance of what goes on the plate."

 

The answer wasn’t a new diet trend. It was a new delivery system — one that brought together clinical expertise and ranching integrity in a single monthly membership, tailored to what your body actually needs.

Ranch Table Club was built right here in Northeast Texas — and that's exactly where we're starting. Before we expand across the state, we're going deep in our own backyard, delivering expertly formulated, pasture-raised protein boxes to families within 50 miles of Greenville.
